We became the first in Mackay to become a ‘Gold’ Husqvarna Dealer with a full range of Husqvarna products and the ability to service and repair all Husqvarna products. Our staff also complete the Husqvarna University program.
JAK Outdoor Power Equipment are dealers with Briggs & Stratton, Kioti tractors, Walker Mowers, Bobcat Mowers and Razorback Mowers.We are able to provide warranty services and complete repairs. We hold a large inventory of genuine replacement parts.

Our Suppliers Include

JAK Outdoor Power Equipment workshop warranty is 14 days from repair completion date. Spare parts and equipment are supported by the supplier’s or manufacture’s warranties.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, and non-genuine parts. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs include blades, filters, belts, and damage from incorrect fuel or storage.

JAK Outdoor Power Equipment operates in compliance with all relevant Australian consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

In the event of a dispute, JAK Outdoor Power Equipment is committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss any concerns. If a resolution cannot be reached, customers may seek further assistance from relevant consumer protection authorities.
